Can I see a sample before I decide?
If you’d like to check out our quality in person, we can send you a sample (unprinted) for your review. Samples will be required to be returned.
What format do you need my logo in?
We require your logo in vectors/outlines in an AI or EPS file. If you don’t have your logo in that format, our designer can typically re-draw it, but we need to pass along his fee of $30.
How do I confirm the order with you?
If you decide to move forward with an order with us, we will provide a full Estimate with taxes and shipping, as well as a digital proof of the umbrella. Once both are approved, we will require a 50% deposit up front to confirm the order and move forward with production.
