We pride ourselves on offering one of the best warranties in the business. If your umbrella breaks in its lifetime, we will repair it, no questions asked.
My umbrella is broken, what do I do?
Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number, and receive instructions from us. Please do not drop off or ship to us without contacting us so we can assess the damage and provide instructions.
Who pays for shipping?
If you have had the umbrella for less than a year, you will not be responsible for any shipping charges. If you have had the umbrella more than a year, you will be responsible for the shipping to get it to us. Then, we will cover the costs of repair and then ship it back to you at our expense.
What if I can repair it myself?
In some cases we can send you replacement parts and you can repair them yourself (with our help/instruction) so that you can save the shipping cost. E.g. We can send you replacement tips that you can easily sew on yourself, like a button.
How long does it take?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for repair, plus shipping time. For local customers who drop off, we can provide a loaner umbrella for you to use while your umbrella is being repaired.
What does “Lifetime” mean?
We will provide free repairs to the umbrella for the life of the fabric. If the umbrella fabric is worn, faded, mildewed or dirty/stained, then it has reached the end of its life and it is time for a new one.
Are there any limitations to your policy?
We do not cover cosmetic issues (such as scratches and rust). We only provide repairs for functional issues.

My umbrella is not one of yours, but it is broken and in need of repair. Can you repair it?
Unfortunately we can’t provide repairs for umbrellas that aren’t our own at this time. In most cases, we don’t have the parts that would fit your umbrella or the repair would require a whole new frame and the geometry of your umbrella cover would not fit properly on one of our frames.
