How long will it take to custom print my logo on the umbrellas?
Production time is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time from us to you.
Can I see a sample before I decide?
If you’d like to check out our quality in person, we can send you a sample (unprinted) for your review. We greatly encourage this so you can compare and ensure you make the right decision!
What format do you need my logo in?
We require your logo in vectors/outlines in an AI or EPS file. If you don’t have your logo in that format, our designer can typically re-draw it, but we need to pass along his fee of $30.
How do I confirm the order with you?
If you decide to move forward with an order with us, we'll send you a full Estimate with taxes and shipping, as well as a digital proof of the umbrella. Once both of those are approved, we require a 50% deposit up front to confirm the order and move forward with production.
What are shipping costs?
We ship all over Canada and the US and get great shipping rates. To give you a ballpark of what to expect, shipping rates typically range from $1.00 - $2.00 per umbrella.
Can I print my logo across two panels?
If you are doing a Digital Print umbrella, we print the panels at our factory before they are sewn together and put on the frames, so we can print all over the panels in whatever way you like (minimum order 100 units, production time approx 6 months). But if you are adding your logo to products that we have here in our local stock, the umbrellas are already constructed (fabric on frames), so we can only print on the flattest spot (bottom centre of each panel). Outside of that area, the panel curves too much and we can't get a proper print.
